Truck Drivers program will recruit foreign truck drivers from abroad as they contribute to the local economic; after foreign truck drivers work for few few months in Canada, truck drivers will have privilege of getting permanent residence of Canada.
We are currently accepting requests from foreign nationals seeking to live and work in Canada on an expedited basis for immediate full-time employment in the Canadian trucking industry. There is no required investment.
To qualify, prospective applicants must meet the following basic requirements:
You should have completed a tleast secondary school (i.e 12 years of education)
You must be a minimum of 22 years old, (max 55 years old).
You must have good English or French language skills. i.e IELTS score of 5 bands in each module.
You must have atleast 2 years of driving experience.
You must have a clean police record during the past 5 years.
Your driver’s licence must show an accident free record during the past 4 years (HGV & Automobile).
You should have Canadian employer to offer you a job.
Description and Responsibilities
Truck drivers drive large vehicles or trucks to transport goods and materials over urban, interurban, provincial and international routes. They also operate logging trucks, and other special purpose trucks to move goods to and from loading docks within trucking yards or lots. Truck Drivers may perform some or all of the following duties:
Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials over long distances
Plan trip logistics and obtain required documentation to transport goods
Perform pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip inspection of vehicles and equipment such as tires, lights, turning signals, and brakes
Ensure cargo is secured properly and follows safety procedures for transporting goods
Communicate with a dispatcher, other drivers and customers using communication devices
Becoming Qualified after landing in Canada.

To practice as a truck driver in B.C., you must obtain a commercial driver’s license from the Insurance Corporation of B.C. (ICBC). Before you begin the application process for a license to drive a truck (a class 1 or class 3 commercial vehicle license), you must first have a passenger vehicle license from ICBC (a class 5 license). Depending on your home country, you may be able to exchange your passenger vehicle driver’s license from your home country to a B.C. class 5 driver’s license.
