Trend in Express Entry CRS score


- The trend in Express Entry CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited has varied since 2016

- The minimum and maximum score has been 413 and 557 in the year 2017 and 2022, respectively

- For most of the time in the considered tenure, the scores has been between the range of 431 – 480

- Majorly the scores has been between the range of 431 – 460 for around 120 weeks (calculated by collating all the fragmented tenures in this range)

- Viewing the average score i.e. 464 lies in the month of October of 2019, which is roughly the median of the tenure (2016 – Present) under consideration

- From June 2017 to May 2019, the scores ranged from 431 to 460 embarking the highest number of stay of scores with nearly 96 weeks

- As an implication of COVID-19, no scores were announced under the category of ‘No Program Specified’ in 2021, rather there were 17 rounds of draws under the category of ‘Canadian Experience Class’ during that time
